Return and Refund Policy for JUXT Golf Headcovers and Morale Patches

1. Introduction

At JUXT Golf Co., we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your golf headcover(s) or patches, we offer a comprehensive return and refund policy to address your concerns.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The return must be initiated within 10 days of the purchase date.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized golf headcovers and patches.
  • Items purchased on clearance or sale.
  • Any and all hats or apparel 
  • Any Morale Patches

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at lets@juxt.golf to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Include the RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the item to the following address:

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at lets@juxt.golf with details of the defect or damage.

7. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • For defective or damaged items, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
